Shipping
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order, as House of Caswell is not liable for shipping addresses entered incorrectly during checkout. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we are happy to re-ship the item once new shipping and handling arrangements have been made.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: Processed within 24 business hours of receipt.

Expedited Processing: Orders received by 2 PM PST will be processed the same business day.
We offer multiple shipping options, and transit times noted at checkout are approximate.
House of Caswell is based in the United States and does not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. House of Caswell offers a simple, no-hassle return process with three flexible options: refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of the original order shipment date and are subject to a $10 handling fee.

Exchanges and Store Credit: No handling fee applies.Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original order shipment date

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us — we will do everything we can to make it right.
Holiday Return Window: For orders placed between Black Friday and December 25, returns are accepted through January 15 to allow for gift exchanges.
Bonus Store Credit: If you choose to return for store credit using the Shop Now or Shop Later feature, you’ll receive an additional $25 store credit toward a future purchase.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, all returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, free from signs of wear or alteration.

Include all original tags and the Certificate of Authenticity that accompanied your garment.

Be securely packaged to preserve the piece’s integrity during return transit.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
Final Sale Items
As each piece is part of a limited edition collection, all Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase — these exclusive designs are intended to be cherished additions to your personal collection.
How to Return

If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

Pack your items securely. Whenever possible, use the original packaging and include the Certificate of Authenticity in its envelope.

Attach your return label to the package.

Drop off the package within 7 days at your nearest carrier location.

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund, store credit, or exchange accordingly.
