Shipping policy

Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please note, House of Caswell is not liable for shipping addresses entered incorrectly during checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing an order. If your order is returned to us due to an address entered incorrectly, we will re-ship the item to you again only if arrangements are made for you to pay for shipping and handling again. 

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

All orders placed on business days will be processed within 24 hours. Orders received by 12PM PST will be processed on the same day, or by 2PM if expedited shipping is selected.

House of Caswell is USA based and we do not offer international shipping at this time.
