To begin a return, complete the form below with your name, email address, order number, item you would like to return, and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Once your request has been reviewed, you will receive return instructions and, if approved, a prepaid shipping label by email.

Please do not ship your return before receiving authorization from House of Caswell.

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Exchange and store credit requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all original tags and the Certificate of Authenticity. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
